Unlike a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), LumiLift™ does not involve liposuction or fat transfer. Instead, we use physician-directed collagen-stimulating injectable treatments to encourage your body’s natural collagen production while improving skin quality and providing gradual contour enhancement.
Depending on your anatomy and treatment goals, your physician may recommend Radiesse®, Sculptra®, or a customized combination of regenerative treatments.

Before Your Treatment

If Approved by Your Treating Physician
After consulting with the physician managing your medications, you may consider temporarily avoiding medications or supplements that increase bruising for approximately 5–7 days, including:
- Aspirin
- Ibuprofen
- Naproxen
- Fish oil
- Vitamin E
- Garlic supplements
- Ginkgo biloba
- Ginseng
Do not discontinue prescription blood thinners without approval from the prescribing physician.
Avoid
- Alcohol for approximately 24 hours before treatment.
- Vigorous exercise immediately before your appointment.
What Happens During Treatment?
Your physician will evaluate your anatomy, skin quality, and aesthetic goals before creating an individualized treatment plan.
After cleansing the treatment area, the selected collagen biostimulator is injected into specific regions of the buttocks using techniques designed to maximize safety and achieve balanced contour enhancement.

After Your Treatment

Special Instructions for Sculptra®
If Sculptra is used, massage the treated areas as directed by your physician.
Many patients are instructed to follow the traditional 5-5-5 guideline:
- Massage for 5 minutes
- 5 times per day
- For 5 days
Your physician may modify these instructions depending on your treatment.
