Booking & Appointment Policy

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your consultation or treatment at the time of service.Deposits are non-refundable and secure dedicated time with your provider.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
This policy allows us to respect reserved appointment times and provide individualized care to each patient.
No exceptions.

Photography Policy

Clinical photographs are required prior to treatment for medical documentation and to ensure safe, accurate care. Your privacy is always respected—images are kept confidential and will only be used for educational or promotional purposes with your explicit consent.

Additional Information

We reserve the right to refuse service for failure to comply with booking policies or failure to remit applicable cancellation or no-show fees. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize Beholding Beauty Aesthetics to charge the card on file for any applicable fees.
